Order Cut-Off & Handling Time

Orders placed by 6:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day. Anything after that moves to the next business day — we'd rather take our time than rush your order out the door improperly. Every bag is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons, we'll keep you informed if anything shifts.

Delivery & Transit

Once your order leaves our hands, expect delivery within 6–8 business days anywhere in the United States. Remote or rural addresses may take a touch longer. All in all, from the moment you place your order to the moment it's at your door — you're looking at 7–10 business days total.

Packaging & Shipping Method

Your bag deserves to arrive the way it was made — beautifully. We use protective packaging designed specifically to keep our handbags safe during transit. Shipments go out via trusted national carriers with standard ground shipping, and your tracking number will arrive as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is completely free across the United States — no hidden charges, no fine print. Express or expedited options may be available upon request at an additional cost.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to fully update after dispatch — occasionally carriers take a moment to sync their systems.

Cancellations & Refunds

Changed your mind before your order ships? No problem — you're eligible for a full refund. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our team will reach out to arrange reshipment — though additional shipping charges may apply. For packages marked "Delivered" that never arrived, please contact us right away. While Zolvique cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier, we'll do everything we can to help you coordinate a claim.
